Coronavirus Updates

Here at King's Castle Equestrian, we will continue to send out your items as normal. Although our shop premises is closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the tier system, we are continuing with our live flash sales, auctions and online offers. 

We aim to send your items out to you next day, with DPD tracked. Due to limited stock and limited staff in both our team and suppliers, there may be a small delay. We aim to have your items to you within 7 days. 

If you require your items as an emergency, stock depending, please email or contact 07544539414 once you have placed your order so we can discuss with you the items needed on next day. Additional charges may apply. 


Live Sale Returns - Please note this is a sale and all sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non refundable if brought from live sales or auctions, due to the clearance prices. We will always do our best to point out any minor defects (if there are any), but we cannot be responsible for any missed. If your are not happy with the item you have brought, please contact us via email or telephone to discuss this and we will do our best to help you.

We politely ask you to read your invoice carefully and identify any problems or any items you would like to add or change since the sale. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, else we will put your items back into the sale. Repeat non-paid invoices will result in us not taking your requests on the sale, this is to keep it fair for everyone.

Item's brought on the website are eligible for a return, as long as they are in sellable condition, the same condition that they were sent - for example, original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse go accept the return of any product if we do not see fit that the item is in sellable condition. If the item has been used, a full refund will not be given. It is the customers responsibility to cover the return postage costs and obtain proof of postage. If the item does not arrive to us, it is your responsibility to claim through the courier, and not us. If the product has been damaged by the purchaser, the cost to get it fixed will be deducted from the refund. You must inform us via email if you wish to send your online order back within 14 days of receiving the order, and then 14 days for the products to be delivered back to us. It is your responsibility to ensure you are using the correct courier and the items have arrived back within this time frame. We take no responsibility for the products being sent back to us. If you request a refund or an exchange, please email it over to kingscastleequestrian@yahoo.com within the time frame. The return postage is at your cost and the original cost for postage will also be deducted from the refund or credit.
